Voluntary employment: Any collection of recruitment fees is prohibited, ensuring that all work is voluntary.

Freedom of movement: Employees have the right to resign freely upon reasonable notice, and their identification documents and passports shall not be confiscated.

Fair treatment: Any form of violence, coercion, threat, or abuse is prohibited.

Compliance recruitment: Strictly verify the age and identity documents of employees, and eliminate child labor.

4. Supply Chain Due Diligence

We will ensure that our supply chain system complies with the requirements of this policy by evaluating new suppliers, conducting regular audits, and enforcing contract terms. We require all suppliers to pass on their commitments to their next level suppliers.

5. Reporting & Communication

We encourage all employees and third parties to report any suspected policy violations through anonymous letters, and we strictly prohibit retaliation against any well intentioned whistleblowers.

6. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of this policy will result in serious disciplinary action, including termination of employment contracts with employees or termination of business relationships with suppliers/partners.
